It gives us great pleasure to write to you with regard to the magnificent and competent service and care we experienced from Jaden Baker, your functions coordinator allocated to take care of the TIA group and of us as the facilitators of the TIA group.
As facilitators of Leadership, we have noticed the excellence in an approach of challenges Jaden encounters and the emotionally mature manner in which he solves problems and engages with people and ensure excellent service and comfort to the delegates and to us in person.
